CSM ruck padding set
I have been doing 60lb ruck walks to help lose weight. My current set up was causing more pain then benefit. I ordered this and it arrived in a timely manner. When they arrived, I attached them to my ruck, and it was heaven on my back and shoulders. I readjusted the shoulder straps to keep a tight snug fit. These beat my isomat duct tape shoulder straps. The only problem is that I see if it rains, the new padding might collect water over time. The back padding creates space from the spine and pack. I highly recommend this product. There is a brief on youtube on it. CSM RESPONSE: We have been making padsets for over 20 years. Marines regularly take these on ocean swims and we've never received a complaint about water accumulation.
